随着节能工作的深入,目前已有近30%的油井上使用了节能设备(如各种节能型抽油机,节能型电机以及节能配电箱),在保证生产的前提下,既合理使用又最大限度地利用了能源,取得了很好的经济效益。但在使用节能设备时主要以单台或单机为主,并且缺乏管理,因此大多数设备的运行状态以及设备间的组合并没有达到最佳,抽油机井参数的选用也没有达到最优,致使节能效果大大降低。因此如何最大限度地发挥设备节能潜力,已成为节能工作的重要内容及关键问题。
