目的调查重庆市孕前育龄妇女风疹病毒和弓形虫IgM和IgG抗体感染阳性率,为计划生育孕前门诊、遗传和优生咨询门诊指导优生,降低先天畸形儿出生率提供理论依据。方法随机抽样重庆地区1509例16-49岁孕前育龄妇女人群,采集血清标本,采用ELISA法进行风疹病毒和弓形虫特异性IgM和IgG抗体的检测。结果风疹病毒IgM阳性率0.46%,风疹病毒IgG阳性率75.21%,弓形虫IgG阳性率14.78%,弓形虫IgM阳性率0.27%。结论风疹病毒和弓形虫是造成胎儿先天畸形的原因之一,建议每一位妇女在孕前都应检测风疹病毒抗体和弓形虫抗体,以降低宫内感染率和先天畸形儿出生率,提高出生人口素质。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of IgM and IgG antibodies against rubella virus and toxoplasma gonorrhoeae in women of childbearing age before pregnancy in Chongqing and to provide theoretical basis for prenatal care, genetic and eugenics counseling out-patient prenatal care and to reduce the birth rate of congenital malformations. Methods A total of 1509 pregnant women of childbearing age ranging from 16 to 49 years old in Chongqing were enrolled in this study. Serum samples were collected and the specific IgM and IgG antibodies to rubella virus and toxoplasma gondii were detected by ELISA. Results The positive rate of rubella virus IgM was 0.46%, the positive rate of rubella virus IgG was 75.21%, the positive rate of toxoplasma gondii IgG was 14.78%, and the positive rate of toxoplasma gondii IgM was 0.27%. Conclusions Rubella virus and Toxoplasma gondii are one of the causes of fetal congenital malformations. It is suggested that every woman should test rubella virus antibody and Toxoplasma gondii antibody before pregnancy so as to reduce intrauterine infection rate and birth rate of congenital malformation and improve the quality of birth population .
