在试验中,发现不同表观粒度组成的充填体的强度和容重存在一定差异。粒度测试分析表明,处于采场中不同部位的充填体在矿房充填过程中产生过不同程度的离析现象,其颗粒尺寸存在明显区别。颗粒粒度细表明水泥含量高,其单轴抗压强度也较高;颗粒粒度较粗表明其尾砂含量相对较高,其单轴抗压强度低。充填体颗粒的粒度测试结果与强度试验结果有很好的一致性。
In the experiment, it was found that there were some differences in the strength and bulk density of the filler bodies with different apparent granularity. Particle size analysis shows that the filling bodies in different parts of the stope have different degrees of segregation in the filling process of the mine house, and the particle sizes are obviously different. The fine particle size indicates that the cement content is high and the uniaxial compressive strength is also high. The coarse particle size indicates that the tailing sand content is relatively high, and the uniaxial compressive strength is low. The particle size of the filler particles test results and strength test results are in good agreement.
