本文首次研究了DCB-DNA作为钙镁络合滴定指示剂的条件及应用于水泥、高炉矿渣和白云石等试样中氧化钙、氧化镁含量测定的可能性。研究结果表明:在PH=10.0的氨性缓冲溶液中,加入0.1％的DCB-DNA作指示剂,以0.02mol·1~(-1)的EDTA标准溶液进行滴定,溶液颜色由蓝色变为红色。利用乙酰丙酮作掩蔽剂可测定钙镁混合样中钙含量。此指示剂终点颜色变化敏锐,准确度高,选择性好,是络合滴定钙镁的优良指示剂。
In this paper, the conditions of DCB-DNA as the indicator of calcium-magnesium complexation titration and the possibility of determination of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide in cement, blast furnace slag and dolomite were studied for the first time. The results showed that when 0.1% DCB-DNA was used as an indicator in 0.02 mmol · 1 ~ (-1) EDTA standard solution, the solution color changed from blue to red. The use of acetylacetone as a masking agent can be measured calcium and magnesium mixed sample of calcium content. This indicator endpoint color change sensitive, high accuracy, good selectivity, complex titration of calcium and magnesium is an excellent indicator.
