麻疹减毒活疫苗(简称麻苗)有良好的免疫学及流行病学效果,但麻苗免疫的持久性不如自然麻疹感染免疫。接种一次麻苗不能维持终身免疫,麻苗初免后不同年限的保护效果也不尽相同。一般认为,麻疹血凝抑制抗体(HI)水平可以代表麻疹免疫力。现将我们于1987年2～3月间在平罗县进行的麻疹血凝抑制抗体血清流行病学调查结果报告如下。
