文章报告了12例早产儿因贫血引起的晚发性呼吸暂停,所有病例均经系列检查排除了可能引起呼吸暂停的常见原因。胎龄30.17±1.33周,出生体重1.49±0.41公斤,首次呼吸暂停发作日龄为生后24.17±7.03天。经输血凝集红细胞10~20毫升/公斤后,呼吸暂停的发作次数自9.44±2.46/天减至1.67±0.86/天,严重度减轻,4例于输注浓集红细胞2~5小时后停止呼吸暂停。文章讨论了早产儿贫血所致呼吸暂停的发生机制,发病年龄,引起呼吸暂停发作的血红蛋白值及治疗。
The article reports late onset apnea due to anemia in 12 premature infants. All cases were examined by series to rule out common causes of apnea. The gestational age was 30.17 ± 1.33 weeks and the birth weight was 1.49 ± 0.41 kg. The first episode of apnea onset was 24.17 ± 7.03 days after birth. The number of episodes of apnea was reduced from 9.44 ± 2.46 / day to 1.67 ± 0.86 / day after the agglutination of erythrocytes by transfusion of 10-20 ml / kg, the severity was reduced, and 4 cases stopped breathing after 2 to 5 hours time out.
