本文用大子样的生产质量检验数据,建立了14MnTiVRe钢的强度与韧性的统计分布特征及分布函数、工序能力、工程能力指数;用14MnTiVRe钢统计试验研究数据,建立了FTE、NDT、vE-40、uE-40相互之间的统计定量关系。 统计分析表明:有相当多的14MnTiV Re钢材,其屈服强度达不到441MPa级钢的要求;同样,有相当多钢材的韧性达不到E级钢vE-40=34.3J(3.5kgf·m)的要求。 此外,本文对14MnTiV Re钢作为舰艇船体材料的韧性要求进行了讨论,为修订14MnTiV Re钢标准及该等级钢性能改进工作提供了依据。
In this paper, the statistic distribution characteristics, distribution function, process capability and engineering capability index of 14MnTiVRe steel were established with the production quality inspection data of large sub-samples. The statistical experimental data of 14MnTiVRe steel were used to establish the FTE, NDT, vE- 40, uE-40 statistical relationship between the quantitative. Statistical analysis shows that a considerable amount of 14MnTiV Re steel has a yield strength less than that of 441MPa grade steel. Similarly, a considerable amount of steel does not have the toughness of Grade E steel vE-40 = 34.3J (3.5kgf · m) Request. In addition, the toughness requirements of 14MnTiV Re steel as the ship hull material are discussed in this paper, which provides the basis for revising the 14MnTiV Re steel standard and the steel performance improvement work.
