高校信访工作是及时捕捉信息、发现问题、沟通情报、促进工作的重要渠道,作为办公室的一项基本职能,必须把他作为加强和改进机关工作的重要内容抓紧抓好。本文作者在提升高校信访工作理性认识的基础上,紧密联系实际,提出了总结经验,与时俱进;转变观念,加大投入;完善机制,加强信访工作的规范化、制度化建设;提高工作人员自身素质以及及时了解师生员工的意见与要求,以积极化解各类矛盾,促进学校稳定、和谐与发展等,提出了自己的见解,有一定指导意义。
