农村幼儿园物质条件较差,设备比较简陋,玩具种类数量少。这种情况远不能满足幼儿活动、游戏的需要。但是,农村有自己的自然环境优势。田野、草地、小山坡,是幼儿锻炼身体,开展各种活动的好场所。人工养殖和野生的动物、植物为幼儿提供了众多的观察对象。日月星辰,风霜雨雪,鸟兽鱼虫在不同季节里,以不同的形态为幼儿展示了绚丽多彩的生活画面……。利用农村的环境特点,我们将“发挥农村环境优势,转变单一上课的模式”作为一个时期的工作目标。结合日常训练、教研、视导工作,宣传贯彻《规程》,在农村幼儿教师现有水平和工作目标之间逐渐架起一座桥粱。使其能逐步地学习、模仿、借鉴、领悟、体会《规程》的指导思想,为自己独立设计较好的教育活动打下基础。 在培训工作中,根据我们对《规程》的理解,用较好的教育活动实例讲解一些具体想法和做法,渗透我们的设想,使教师树立起运用本地环境优势的意识,
Rural kindergarten material conditions are poor, the equipment is relatively simple, a small number of types of toys. This situation is far from meeting the needs of children’s activities and games. However, rural areas have their own natural advantages. Fields, grasslands and hillsides are good places for children to exercise and perform various activities. Artificial breeding and wild animals, plants provide many children for observation. Sun and moon stars, weather frost and snow, birds and beasts, fish and insects in different seasons, in different forms for young children to show a colorful picture of life ... .... Taking advantage of the characteristics of rural environment, we regard “giving full play to the advantages of rural environment and changing the mode of single class” as a working target for a period of time. Combined with daily training, teaching and research, visual guidance work, publicity and implementation of “rules” in the rural preschool teachers between the current level and the work has gradually erected a bridge. So that they can gradually learn, imitate, learn from, comprehend, understand the “guidelines” guiding ideology for their own independent design better educational activities to lay the foundation. In the course of training, according to our understanding of the “Rules of Procedure”, we explain some specific ideas and practices with better examples of educational activities, permeate our ideas and help teachers to establish their awareness of using the advantages of the local environment.
