JIT生产方式的核心是追求企业的零库存,JIT生产方式的目标是为了降低企业成本,获得最大的利润。近年来,以JIT为代表的精益生产方式在企业生产管理中应用越来越广泛。本文针对家具行业的JIT生产计划管理方法与实施进行研究,首先介绍JIT生产方式来源及优点,进而探讨了家具JIT生产计划管理方法与实施,希望能为家具企业生产管理提供借鉴。
The core of the JIT production method is to pursue zero inventory of the company. The goal of the JIT production method is to reduce the cost of the business and obtain the maximum profit. In recent years, the lean production method represented by JIT has become more and more widely used in the production management of enterprises. This article focuses on the JIT production planning management method and implementation of furniture industry. Firstly, it introduces the sources and advantages of JIT production methods, and then discusses the management methods and implementation of furniture JIT production plans. It hopes to provide reference for production management of furniture enterprises.
