多刀具机加工是一种先进的机械加工操作过程,要求各刀具按事先制定的计划动作。本文采用优化的思想方法制定操作计划。所使用的优化方法是混合整数规划,在各阶段的搜索中使用行之有效的 Powell 法。这里给出的方法不仅能对切削用量如切削速度、进给速度等进行优选,还能由程序自行选择各加工段最适宜的刀具,以期获得最佳效益。刀具选择的依据是最常用的刀具寿命关系式——泰勒的指数式刀具寿命方程。并以车削加工为例,说明了本方法的应用价值。
Multi-tool machining is an advanced machining operation, requiring that all tools be programmed in advance. This article uses the optimized method of thinking to formulate the operation plan. The optimization method used is a mixed integer programming that uses the well-established Powell method for each stage of the search. The method given here can not only optimize the cutting amount such as cutting speed, feed rate, etc., but also choose the most appropriate tool for each processing section by the program in order to obtain the best benefit. Tool selection is based on the most commonly used tool life relationship - Taylor’s exponential tool life equation. Taking turning machining as an example, the application value of this method is illustrated.
