目的 探讨全植入式 (drugdeliverysystem ,DDS)灌注化疗在晚期胰头癌病例的使用方法和临床疗效。方法 将 1995～ 1999年 30例晚期胰头癌病例分成 2组 ,A组 (12例 )在行减黄、胃肠吻合等姑息性手术的同时 ,作DDS灌注化疗 ;B组 (18例 )不加做DDS ,两组进行对比观察。结果 A组 (DDS组 )疗效明显优于B组 (非DDS组 ) ,特别是带瘤存活率 (P <0 0 1)。A组术后的存活期最长达 1 5年。结论 晚期胰头癌使用DDS灌注化疗 ,可以改善临床症状、延长存活期
Objective To investigate the use and clinical efficacy of drug delivery system (DDS) infusion chemotherapy in patients with advanced pancreatic head cancer. Methods Thirty cases with advanced pancreatic head cancer from 1995 to 1999 were divided into 2 groups. In group A (12 cases), palliative operation such as jaundice and gastrointestinal anastomosis were performed simultaneously with DDS infusion chemotherapy; group B (18 cases) was not Plus DDS, two groups were compared for observation. Results The efficacy of group A (DDS group) was significantly better than that of group B (non-DDS group), especially tumor-bearing survival rate (P <0 01). The survival time of group A was up to 15 years. Conclusion DDS infusion chemotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer can improve clinical symptoms and prolong survival.
