为了避免在冬季施工中混凝土质量全面下降,通常在混凝土中掺入抗冻外加剂。常用的抗冻外加剂,有氯盐和“食盐+亚硝酸钠”。前者易引起钢筋锈蚀,后者中的亚硝酸钠,货源紧张,阻锈的长期效果也不稳定。针对这种情况,我们开始了混凝土负温硬化剂的研制。研制的出发点有三:一是不含氯盐,二是原料易得,三是试件在-10(±1)℃下保持28天后再标养28天的各项
In order to avoid the overall decline in concrete quality during winter construction, antifreeze admixtures are usually incorporated into the concrete. Commonly used antifreeze admixtures include chlorine salts and “salt + sodium nitrite”. The former is liable to cause corrosion of steel bars, and the latter contains sodium nitrite, which is tight in supply, and the long-term effect of rust resistance is also unstable. In response to this situation, we started the development of a concrete negative temperature hardener. There are three starting points for development: one is that it does not contain chlorine salts, the other is that raw materials are easily available, and the other is that the test specimens are kept at -10 (±1)°C for 28 days and then raised for 28 days.
