小学阶段教育教学实际管理水平及质量高低与否对于小学教学活动正常开展具有直接影响,伴随教育意识不断提升教学管理能力提升也得到了广泛重视。新形势下小学管理进行改革极为重要与必要,特别是传统管理措施弊端日益凸显情形下小学管理进行转变与改革更为紧迫。通过研究可以发现小学管理优化与改革需要坚持“以人为本”这一理念并提升小学管理措施的人性化程度。
The actual management level and quality of education and teaching in the primary school have a direct impact on the normal development of primary school teaching activities. With the continuous improvement of educational awareness, the improvement of teaching management ability has also received extensive attention. Through research, we can find that the optimization and reform of primary school management should adhere to the concept of “people-oriented” and enhance the humanization of primary school management measures.
