用添加了磷酸的聚乙二醇(20M)作固定相,以乙醇为溶剂,以甲苯酚为内标物,在国产102G气相色谱仪上分析了氯苯气相水解产物中苯酚的含量。当苯酚浓度不大于8.02 mg/ml时,苯酚/甲苯酚峰高比与苯酚浓度回归直线的相关系数为0.9994,分析结果的相对标准差不大于7%。水含量为4~20%(V/V),氯苯含量为0~24%(V/V)时不影响测定结果。该方法不需对样品作前处理,分析简便、快速。
The content of phenol in the gas phase hydrolyzate of chlorobenzene was analyzed by using homemade polyethylene glycol (20M) with phosphoric acid as the stationary phase, ethanol as the solvent and cresol as the internal standard, on a domestic 102G gas chromatograph. When the phenol concentration is not more than 8.02 mg / ml, the correlation coefficient between the phenol / cresol peak height ratio and the regression line of phenol concentration is 0.9994, and the relative standard deviation of the analysis results is not more than 7%. Water content of 4 to 20% (V / V), chlorobenzene content of 0 to 24% (V / V) does not affect the measurement results. The method does not require sample pretreatment, the analysis is simple and fast.
