目的:优化止咳平喘凝胶剂成型工艺条件。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以凝胶剂外观、涂展性、稠度(或黏稠度)、稳定性为考察指标,经综合评分筛选确定凝胶剂成型工艺条件。结果优选确定凝胶剂生药:(卡波姆-940∶吐温-80∶乙醇∶甘油∶羟苯乙酯∶氮酮)工艺处方质量比为1500∶(10∶2∶50∶50∶1∶30),共制凝胶剂1000 g。结论:经优化制备的凝胶剂具有工艺简捷、性质稳定、易于涂布、质地均匀细腻等特点。
Objective: To optimize the conditions of cough and asthma gels forming process. Methods: The L9 (34) orthogonal design was used to determine the gelling agent forming conditions through the comprehensive scoring and screening with gel appearance, spreading ability, consistency (or consistency) and stability. The results are preferably determined gel weight crude drug: (Carbomer -940: Tween-80: ethanol: glycerol: hydroxyethyl ethyl ketone: azone) process prescription mass ratio of 1500: (10:2:50:50:1: 30), co-gel 1000g. Conclusion: The optimized gel preparation has the characteristics of simple process, stable property, easy coating and even texture.
