去年初,佛山市对市直机关、财政全额拨款事业单位工作人员的收入分配制度进行了改革。通过一年来的改革实践,推动了佛山市机关干部收入分配制度的良性发展,并取得了一些新的经验。
At the beginning of last year, Foshan Municipality conducted a reform on the income distribution system of the staff of municipal departments directly under the Central Government and public institutions in the financial allocations. Through the reform practice in the past year, it has promoted the sound development of the system of income distribution for the cadres in government agencies in Foshan and gained some new experiences.
