[目的]探究泰兴地区胃癌、食管癌危险因素的变化,为进一步开展肿瘤防治工作提供决策依据。[方法]选择2005年7月~2006年7月期间200例胃癌、223例食管癌新病例和200例对照,对照按年龄、性别和居住地进行成组分析。调查分析其危险因素。资料采用Epidata(3.2版)录入,SPSS13.0统计软件进行Logistic单因素和多因素分析。[结果]多因素Logistic分析结果显示,成年后人际关系不好、十年前全家人均收入低、近十年平时口味较咸和十年前吃油炸食品多是泰兴地区胃癌、食管癌的共同危险因素。[结论]随着农村地区城市化改造进程加速,不良精神因素作为消化道肿瘤的高危因素应引起我们的重视。
[Objective] To explore the changes of risk factors of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer in Taixing region and provide the basis for decision-making on further prevention and treatment of cancer. [Methods] From July 2005 to July 2006, 200 cases of gastric cancer, 223 cases of new esophageal cancer and 200 cases of control were selected. The control groups were analyzed by age, sex and place of residence. Investigate and analyze its risk factors. Information using Epidata (3.2 version) entry, SPSS13.0 statistical software Logistic univariate and multivariate analysis. [Results] The results of multivariate Logistic analysis showed that the interpersonal relationship was not good after adulthood. The per capita income of the whole family ten years ago was low. In the past ten years, the taste was generally salty and the fried foods ten years ago were mostly common in gastric cancer and esophageal cancer in Taixing Risk factors. [Conclusion] With the acceleration of the process of urbanization in rural areas, we should pay more attention to the adverse mental factors as the risk factors of gastrointestinal tumors.
