采用真空静态循环装置和XRD,ESR技术研究了镍负载硅酸铝催化剂上的丙烯齐聚反应.系统地考察了催化剂制备条件和反应条件对低压下丙烯齐聚反应催化性能的影响.结果证明,最佳条件为Ni含量7%~8%,活化温度550~600℃,预抽空处理温度400℃以上,反应温度130~150℃.同时发现镍含量在7%~8%时,催化剂表面有新晶相形成,预抽空过程是一还原过程.
The oligomerization of propylene on nickel supported aluminum silicate catalyst was investigated by means of vacuum static circulation apparatus and XRD and ESR techniques. The effect of catalyst preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the catalytic performance of propylene oligomerization at low pressure was systematically investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions are Ni content 7% ~ 8%, activation temperature 550 ~ 600 ℃, pre-evacuation temperature 400 ℃ and reaction temperature 130 ~ 150 ℃. Also found that when the nickel content of 7% to 8%, the catalyst surface has a new crystalline phase, the pre-evacuation process is a reduction process.
