目的探讨大黄虫合剂对免疫功能的调节作用。方法选取昆明种小鼠100只,随机分为非免疫抑制组(正常小鼠)和免疫抑制组,每组各50只。正常小鼠二次随机分为正常对照组、中药对照组(六味地黄组)、西药对照组(卡介苗多糖组)及大黄虫合剂大、小剂量组;免疫抑制组腹腔注射环磷酰胺复制疫低下小鼠,然后分为模型对照组、环+中药对照组、环+西药对照组及环+大黄虫合剂大、小剂量组。各组药物干预后采用放免γ测量仪检测血清IL-2含量。结果各药物组均能显著提高正常小鼠和被环磷酰胺抑制小鼠的血清IL2-生成水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);大黄虫合剂大剂量组作用略优于小剂量组,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论大黄虫合剂对小鼠的细胞免疫功能有明显的增强作用。
Objective To explore the regulation effect of rhubarb aphid mixture on immune function. Methods One hundred Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into non-immunosuppressed group (normal mice) and immunosuppressed group, 50 in each group. Normal mice were randomly divided into two groups: normal control group, traditional Chinese medicine control group (Liu Wei Di Huang group), western medicine control group (Bacillus Calmette-Guerin polysaccharide group), and large and small dose group of rhubarb aphid mixture; intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide in the immunosuppression group. The mice were lowered and then divided into a model control group, a ring + Chinese medicine control group, a ring + western medicine control group, and a ring + rhubarb aphid mixture large and small dose group. After intervention of each group of drugs, serum IL-2 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of serum IL2-production in normal mice and mice that were inhibited by cyclophosphamide were significantly increased in each drug group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The effect of large dose of rhubarb aphid mixture was slightly better than that of small dose group. However, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of rhubarb aphid mixture can significantly enhance the cellular immune function in mice.
