呼吸机相关肺损伤引起肺泡上皮细胞通透性改变、肺组织水肿,可能导致三磷酸腺苷(ATP)供需平衡紊乱,嘌呤类代谢产物释放增加等病理生理改变。本试验作者以SD大鼠为研究对象,旨在明确肺组织释放的嘌呤类代谢产物是否可以反映机械通气所致肺水肿及早期肺泡上皮受损的组织代谢变化,是否可以作为反映呼吸机相关肺损伤后肺形态学改变和肺组织早期受损的指标。采用前瞻性、随机、对照试验,用单因素方差分析法进行统计学处理。 方法:将SD大鼠分成6组,设定通气条件。第1组吸气
