目前报载,江泽民总书记在视察北京第一机床厂时,亲自到职工食堂排队买饭。看到这消息后,颇有感慨。在党中央作出“做几件人民群众关心的大事”的决定之后,中央领导带了头,人们为之振奋。同时,也引起我对国家有关用餐一些规定的思考。我想到了“四菜一汤”。应当承认“四菜一汤”的规定,在制定之初,对遏制当时全国盛行的吃喝风起到了一定的作用。但是,时过境迁,人们的“理解”不同了。何谓“四菜”?白菜、土豆是四菜;熊掌、鱼翅是四菜;一盘多品种,四盘呈系列也是四菜。允许标准如何?弹性甚大。由于这个规定本身的“缝隙”,加之“腐败不可避
