目的探讨双氯芬酸钾片、吗啡及盐酸异丙嗪用于剖宫产术后的镇痛效果。方法选择择期子宫下段剖宫产的产妇分成三组,每组各100例。第一组为观察组,采用吗啡及盐酸异丙嗪配伍静脉缓慢泵入的同时口服双氯芬酸钾片;第二组为对照组1:单用吗啡及盐酸异丙嗪配伍静脉缓慢泵入;第三组为对照组2:舒芬太尼与托烷司琼配伍静脉缓慢泵入。观察三组术后镇痛效果、术后肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间及不良反应发生率等情况。结果观察组及对照组2术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组1、2术后肛门排气时间相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组2首次下床活动时间明显少于对照组1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组1在不良反应发生率方面明显低于对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钾片、吗啡及盐酸异丙嗪术后镇痛效果极好,首次下床活动时间早,利于术后恢复,且不良反应发生率低,值得基层医院广泛使用。
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of diclofenac potassium tablets, morphine and promethazine hydrochloride after cesarean section. Methods Select elective cesarean section of the lower uterine maternal divided into three groups, each with 100 cases. The first group was the observation group, morphine and promethazine hydrochloride combined with slow intravenous infusion of diclofenac potassium tablets; the second group for the control group 1: morphine alone and hydrochloric acid promethazine with intravenous slow pump; third The control group 2: sufentanil and tropisetron compatibility venous pump slowly. The analgesic effect, postoperative anal exhaust time, time to first bed activity and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The postoperative analgesic effect of observation group and control group 2 was significantly better than that of control group 1, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The anal exhaust time in the observation group and the control group 1,2 after operation was similar, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Observation group and control group 2 time to get out of bed was significantly less than the control group 1, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group and control group 1 was significantly lower than that in control group 2, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Diclofenac Potassium Tablets, Morphine and Promethazine Hydrochloride showed excellent postoperative analgesic effects. The time to first bed ambulation was favorable for postoperative recovery and the incidence of adverse reactions was low, which is worth widely used in primary hospitals.
