成都国金中心T1&T2塔楼建筑高度247.8m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。结构设计采用性能化设计思想,确定明确的总体及重要构件的抗震性能目标,提高结构的可靠性。在具体施工过程中,通过课题攻关,解决了在复杂渗水环境下超厚外墙的施工、筏板大体积混凝土裂缝控制、钢筋密集部位构件混凝土振捣、高空钢管内混凝土浇筑及钢管柱变截面等一系列问题,取得明显的经济效益和社会效益。
