目的 :探讨rhIL -lra对实验性肝纤维化的作用。方法 :rhIL -lra为基因工程产物 ,模型采用CCL4 复合因素制备 ,rhIL -lra组同时肌肉注射rhIL -lra ,另设阳性对照组。结果 :免疫组化证明rhIL -lra可抑制I、Ⅲ型胶原和LN的合成及沉积 ;rhIL -lra治疗组血清纤维化指标PcⅢ、CⅣ、LN及HA含量明显下降。结论 :rhIL -lra具有抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of rhIL-lra on experimental liver fibrosis. METHODS: rhIL-lra was a genetically engineered product. The model was prepared using CCL4 complex. RhIL-lra group was injected intramuscularly with rhIL-lra. A positive control group was also established. RESULTS: Immunohistochemistry demonstrated that rhIL-lra inhibited the synthesis and deposition of collagen type I and type III collagen. The serum levels of PcⅢ, CⅣ, LN and HA in rhIL-lra treatment group were significantly decreased. Conclusion: rhIL-lra has anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.
