采用ICP发射光谱研究了稀土钕和镨样品中钕、镨和钐三个元素的分析。通过采用内参比法补偿非光谱干扰、K系数法和逐步逼近法扣除光谱干扰 ,测定了稀土主含量、次含量和杂质 ,主含量的变异系数小于 0 5 % ,次含量的变异系数小于 4%。将本方法同X荧光光谱法对比 ,结果吻合很好。
ICP emission spectroscopy was used to analyze the neodymium, praseodymium and samarium in the rare earth neodymium and praseodymium samples. By using the internal reference method to compensate the non-spectral interference, the K-factor method and the step-by-step approach were used to deduct the spectral interferences. The main content, minor content and impurity of rare earth were determined. The variation coefficient of main content was less than 0 5% and the variation coefficient of minor content was less than 4% . The method with X fluorescence spectrometry comparison, the results are in good agreement.
