一、概述 在市政建设和环境治理工程建设中,城市和工矿企业的雨水和污水管道系统常占有较大的投资比例。因此,在设计时如何在满足规定的各种技术条件下;尽量降出该系统的基建费用是设计工作中的一个重要课题。 雨(污)水管道系统的传统设计方法是一种凭经验进行的方法。在一般情况下,仅可能是一组可行设计参数的组合,而不可能满足费用最低的优化设计的要求。 由雨(污)水管道系统的构成可知,这种系统是一个多级串联系统。对于单个管段而言,是选择较大管径、减少坡度和埋深—或是相反,这里存在一个优化选择的问题。
I. Overview In the construction of municipal construction and environmental governance projects, rainwater and sewage pipeline systems in cities and industrial and mining enterprises often occupy a large proportion of investment. Therefore, how to meet the requirements of the various technical conditions in the design; as far as possible to reduce the cost of the system’s infrastructure is an important task in the design work. The traditional design method for rain (sewage) water piping systems is an empirical method. In the general case, it may only be a combination of a set of possible design parameters and it is not possible to meet the requirements of the lowest-cost optimization design. From the composition of the rain (pollution) water pipe system, this system is a multi-stage series system. For a single pipe segment, the choice of larger pipe diameters, reduced slopes, and buried depths—or vice versa—have an optimization problem.
