目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织ATM基因的表达缺失及其临床意义。方法:应用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH),检测92例卵巢上皮性肿瘤及40例卵巢正常组织中ATM基因表达缺失情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果:ATM基因在卵巢正常组织、良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤组织的表达缺失率分别为20.0%、25.0%、26.7%和64.3%,恶性组的表达缺失率明显高于其他组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;卵巢癌组织中ATM基因的表达缺失率与病理分级、病理分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与年龄、病理学类型无关,P>0.05。结论:ATM基因缺失可能与卵巢癌的发生机制有关,有可能成为卵巢癌治疗新的分子靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of ATM gene in ovarian epithelial tumor and its clinical significance. Methods: The fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was used to detect the loss of ATM gene expression in 92 cases of ovarian epithelial tumor and 40 cases of normal ovarian tissue. The relationship between the expression of ATM gene and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results: The deletion rate of ATM gene in normal ovarian tissues, benign tumors, borderline tumors and malignant tumors was 20.0%, 25.0%, 26.7% and 64.3%, respectively. The rate of deletion in ATM was significantly higher than that in other groups (P <0.05). However, it was not related with age and pathological type (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The loss of ATM gene in ovarian cancer was related to pathological grade, pathological stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion: The deletion of ATM gene may be related to the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer and may be a new molecular target for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
