蒲公英属植物橡胶草因其优异的生境适应性及优良产胶性状表现, 现已成为中国天然橡胶生产领域替代巴西橡胶树等限制性植物资源的重要替代作物.本研究从种质资源利用与评价、天然橡胶合成代谢途径、产胶分子机理等方面综述了国内外橡胶草的研究进展、趋势和存在的问题, 同时为开展橡胶草资源科学开发、产胶分子特性及原理等相关内容研究提出建议.“,”Due to excellent characteristic of habitat adaptability and natural rubber production capacity, Taraxacum plant Taraxacum kok-saghyz has become an important alternative crop that replaces Brazilian rubber tree and other restricted plant resources in Chinese natural rubber production field. The study reviewed advances, industry tendency and key issues in domestic and foreign study of Taraxacum kok-saghyz from the aspects of germplasm resources utilization and evaluation, natural rubber synthetic metabolic pathway, and the molecular mechanism of natural rubber synthesis. In the meantime, it would propose suggestions for scientific resource development and exploring molecular characteristics of natural rubber biosynthesis.
