患者男,35岁。胸骨包块伴疼痛2月余。体检:胸骨柄左侧缘局部皮肤隆起,并扪及一直径约为2.5 cm肿块,质地硬,边界不清,无活动度,轻度压痛,无红肿及皮温升高。实验室检查未见异常。胸部CT平扫及三维重建示胸骨不规则骨质破坏,髓腔充满软组织密度,可见层状骨膜反应,周围伴轻度软组织肿块,内见斑点状钙化(图1、2);增强扫描髓腔及周围软组织
Patient male, 35 years old. Sternal mass with pain more than 2 months. Physical examination: the left side of the sternum handle the local skin uplift, palpable and a diameter of about 2.5 cm mass, hard texture, the boundary is unclear, no activity, mild tenderness, no swelling and skin temperature increased. Laboratory tests showed no abnormalities. Thoracic CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction showed irregular sternum bone destruction, filled with soft tissue density of the medullary cavity, visible periosteal lamellar periarthritis with mild soft tissue mass, see within the spotted calcification (Figure 1,2); enhanced scanning of the medullary cavity And surrounding soft tissue
