《园冶》是明末造园家计成的集大成之作,其辞藻华丽的骈文中蕴含了丰富的设计思想,既包括了具体而翔实的造园手法,也蕴含着抽象的思想内核。文章将前者称之为形而下层面,记录了具体、客观的造园技巧;而将后者理解为形而上的精神性领域,力求探寻蕴含在字里行间的深刻而抽象的设计思想。这一设计思想以文人的理想生活方式为基础展开并建立,在具体的设计技巧与手法描述中,可以感受到作者力图表达的文人情怀与审美意趣,其所提出的理想园林范式表现了明代士人的生活理想。
Park Garden is a masterpiece made by gardenists in the late Ming Dynasty. Its rhetoric contains a wealth of design ideas, which include both concrete and informative gardening practices as well as an abstract thought kernel. The article refers to the former as the metaphysical level and records concrete and objective gardening skills. The latter, however, is understood as the metaphysical spirituality field, and seeks to explore the profound and abstract design ideas contained in the lines. This design idea is based on the ideal way of life of the literati, and can be used to describe the literary feelings and aesthetic interest that the author tries to express in the concrete description of design skills and techniques. The ideal garden paradigm proposed by the Ming dynasty Human life ideal.
