目的 总结小型钛板治疗颌骨骨折的实践经验。方法 手法直视下进行骨折复位。确认对正咬合关系 ,并做临时颌间结扎 ,按Champy理想线标出固定位置。适当弯曲钛板 ,以适合骨表面曲度 ,按标记的位置用手摇钻钻孔旋紧螺钉 ,颏孔区骨折应注意避免损伤颏神经 ,反复冲洗创口、并严密缝合。结果 所有患者术后均达到良好复位固定 ,除一例下颌角部骨折因感染而取出钛板重新行颌间结扎外 ,其余均Ⅰ期愈合 ,未发现咬合错乱或神经损伤等并发症。结论 钛板内固定技术 ,效果可靠 ,缩短或免除颌间结扎固定 ,迅速恢复颌骨功能 ,是理想的固定技术方法
Objective To summarize the experience of small titanium plate in the treatment of jaw fracture. Methods and methods under direct vision fracture reduction. Confirm the occlusion relationship, and do temporary intermaxillary ligation, according to Champy ideal line marked a fixed position. Proper bending of the titanium plate to fit the curvature of the bone surface, according to the location of the marker with a hand drill drilling screw tightening, mental fonction of the fracture should be taken to avoid damage to the chin nerve, repeatedly washing the wound, and close the suture. Results All patients were well reset and fixed after operation. Except for one case of mandibular angle fracture, titanium plate was taken out after re-intermaxillary ligation due to infection, while the others were all healed by first intention. No complications such as occlusion disorder or nerve injury were found. Conclusion Titanium plate internal fixation technology, the effect is reliable, shortening or eliminating the intermaxillary ligation, rapid recovery of jaw function, is the ideal method of fixation
