现浇式夹芯保温墙是一种新型保温节能的建筑形式,具有自重轻、热阻大、保温和抗震性能好等优点。但此类墙体仍存在着施工工艺繁琐、结构复杂、施工质量不够理想等缺点,针对这些问题而设计了一种内置组合式模板,该模板由一个或多个标准构件组合而成,可以调节自身厚度以适应不同的墙体,并且整体性好,强度高,拼装方便,易于拆除,重复利用率高。通过该内置式组合模板能实现简化混凝土保温夹芯墙的施工工艺、减少墙体斜插钢筋数量、提高施工效率和施工质量的目的。
