上个世纪九十年代，我国玉米高产栽培有了突破性的进展。高产栽培技术主要有，现代科学技术与传统精细农艺相结合，以推广高产、抗病、杂交为突破口，增加物质投入和种植密度，改进施肥和灌溉技术，扩大覆膜栽培面积和改革耕作制度综合组装适用技术，充分发挥玉米的增产潜力和栽培措施的综合效应。
