本文用实验方法得到了碳素钢的含碳量在≤0.65%C 时,与其初始导磁率μ_0、矫顽力 Hc、剩磁 Br、饱和磁化强度 4πJs 及电阻率ρ有线性关系;并证实了在开磁路下的交流弱磁场中,涡流与钢铁试样的μ_0成正比。本仪器可对碳素钢的含碳量及μ_0、Hc、Br和4πJs、各种钢铁的硬度和残余奥氏体量等性能作相对测量。分选混料时,能区分相差0.01%C 的20钢和25钢轧坯;能方便地区分20Cr、40Cr、20钢、20CrMnTi 和20CrMnMo 钢;能分选硬度相差仅0.5HRc 的同钢种的两个淬火钢钢坯。
