地震所带来的一系列民事法律后果是相当复杂和疑难的。地震属于不可抗力,在民法上能够引起不可抗力的民事法律后果,主要是免除违约行为和侵权行为的民事责任。此外,地震作为不可抗力,还能够引起物权法、债权法、家庭法、继承法以及民法总则中的一系列法律后果。对此,应当对地震作为不可抗力事由的-般影响进行评估,以确定处理地震引发的民事纠纷应当掌握的一般规则。
The series of civil legal consequences brought about by the earthquake are quite complicated and difficult. Earthquakes are force majeure, civil law can cause force majeure civil legal consequences, mainly to cancel the breach of contract and tort civil liability. In addition, earthquakes as force majeure can also cause a series of legal consequences in the Property Law, Claims Law, Family Law, Inheritance Law and Civil Law. In this regard, the general impact of an earthquake as a cause of force majeure should be assessed to determine the general rules that should be in place to deal with civil disputes arising from earthquakes.
