阿拉山口口岸是新亚欧大陆桥中国段的西桥头堡,是新疆乃至中国向西开放的前沿和窗口,是铁路、公路并举的国家一类口岸。经过15年的建设和发展,阿拉山口口岸已成为我国西部地区最大的人流、物流、信息流、资金流的贸易通道和集散地,是新疆乃至全国对中亚、西亚、南亚和东欧开放的重要陆路纽带和平台,成为西部过货量最大、发展速度最快、效益最好的口岸。目前,阿拉山口口岸的发展,既有难得的发展机遇,也存在着挑战和困难。要把阿拉山口口岸建成全国第一大陆路口岸,需要从发挥口岸规模效应,实现集约发展等八个方面着手。
The Alashankou Port is the western bridgehead of the Chinese section of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge. It is the front and center of the westward opening of Xinjiang and even China. It is also a national first-class port of railways and highways. After 15 years of construction and development, the Alashankou Port has become the largest trade route and distribution center for the flow of people, logistics, information and capital in the western region of China. It is an important landlocked land open to Central Asia, West Asia, South Asia and Eastern Europe in Xinjiang and the whole country Link and platform, becoming the largest volume in the west, the fastest growing and most effective port. At present, the development of the Alashankou Port has both rare development opportunities as well as challenges and difficulties. To build the Alashankou Port into the first mainland continental port in China, it is necessary to start from the eight aspects of giving full play to the port scale effect and realizing intensive development.
