为探讨羟基磷灰石(HA)修复眶骨缺损及凹陷畸形的机制,将多孔块状羟基磷灰石植入家兔软组织及眶骨膜下,观察其组织反应,为临床应用提供进一步理论依据。临床对14例、17处眶骨畸形以HA进行修复,观察6~24个月,平均16个月,术后行X线及同位素检查。结果:动物实验证实HA无免疫反应及炎性反应,具有良好的生物相容性。临床应用14例效果满意,术后1年以上X光片未见植入物的密度,边界及大小的改变,同位素检查证实植入半年后植入侧的血流接近正常。结论:多孔块状羟基磷灰石是良好的用于眶区骨缺损及凹陷畸形的填充物
In order to investigate the mechanism of hydroxyapatite (HA) repair of orbital defects and deformity, porous hydroxyapatite was implanted into the soft tissues of rabbits and periorbital submucosa to observe the tissue reaction, which provided a theoretical basis for clinical application. Clinically, 14 cases and 17 orbital deformities were repaired with HA. The observation ranged from 6 to 24 months with an average of 16 months. X-ray and isotope examination were performed after operation. Results: Animal experiments confirmed that HA has no immune response and inflammatory response and has good biocompatibility. Clinical results were satisfactory in 14 cases. No changes in density, boundary and size of implants were observed after more than 1 year of operation. Isotope examination confirmed that the blood flow near the implants was almost normal after 6 months. CONCLUSION: Porous massive hydroxyapatite is a good filler for orbital defect and deformity
