以7249高强铝合金为研究对象,通过OM、晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀测定等测试手段,分析探讨了稀土Ce添加量对7249铝合金晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:当稀土的添加量为0.03 mass%时,试样的晶间腐蚀最大深度仅为31.22μm,较未添加稀土时减小了30%左右;同时剥蚀等级由EC级提升为EA-级,7249铝合金的耐晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀性能在添加稀土适量Ce后均得以明显提高。
Taking 7249 high strength aluminum alloy as the research object, the influence of rare earth Ce content on the intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion properties of 7249 aluminum alloy was analyzed through OM, intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion test. The results show that the maximum depth of intergranular corrosion is only 31.22μm when the content of rare earth is 0.03mass%, which is about 30% less than that of the rare earth without addition of rare earth; The intergranular corrosion resistance and exfoliation corrosion resistance of 7249 aluminum alloy were obviously improved after adding appropriate amount of rare earth Ce.
