利用国内外授时台的发射信号探测电离层信道的过程,给出了这个工作系统的硬件组成框图,阐述了信道参量同误码率的关系,给出了描述电离层信道特性的系统函数表达式和关系图,同时分析了无线时变信道特性。文中叙述了用贝勒包络法和复包络法测量多径展宽的具体实现过程,对多径展宽,多普勒展宽和每条电路上信噪比的探测过程和方法进行了详述。这套工作系统在作为短波信道探测仪的同时,又可作为干扰噪声监测仪。
