恶性脑胶质瘤呈浸润性生长,不能用手术根治,因此,非手术治疗已被人们重视,而良好的动物模型是研究此瘤不可缺少的工具。作者之一(黄)在日本国名古屋保健卫生大学进修时(1980～1981)和回国后用94只大鼠和41只裸小鼠进行了脑胶质瘤的同种和异种移植实验。本文即报道影响移植成功率的各种因素和最终得到100％移植成功的实验结果。
Malignant gliomas are invasive and cannot be cured by surgery. Therefore, non-surgical treatment has been paid attention to by people. A good animal model is an indispensable tool for the study of this tumor. One of the authors (Huang Huang) performed glioma isograft and xenograft experiments at the National University of Nagoya Health Care Institute (1980-1981) and after returning home with 94 rats and 41 nude mice. This article reports the various factors that affect the success rate of transplantation and the experimental results that ultimately lead to 100% successful transplantation.
