目的:调查中国上海和意大利米兰地区新生隐球菌临床和野生分离株的血清型与地理分布的关系,探讨亚洲和欧洲新生隐球菌的地理分布特点。方法:采用日本IatronLaboratoriesIncCo提供的新生隐球菌血清分型试剂盒,对从上述地区收集的临床和野生分离的148株新生隐球菌进行了分型。结果:148株中A型38株;B型3株;D型85株;AD型17株;不定型5株。上海地区22株中17株为A型;3株B型;2株不定型。米兰地区126株中,A型21株;D型85株;AD型17株;不定型3株。结论:(1)新生隐球菌血清型确实存在地理分布上的差别;(2)上海地区致病新生隐球菌以A型多见(占77%);米兰地区以D型为主(占67%);(3)C型为两地缺乏株。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serotypes and geographical distribution of clinical and wild C. neoformans strains in Shanghai, China and Milan, Italy, and to explore the geographical distribution of Cryptococcus neoformans in Asia and Europe. METHODS: The clinical and wild isolates of 148 strains of C. neoformans collected from the above regions were genotyped using Cryptococcus neoformans serotyping kit supplied by Iatron Laboratories Inc. of Japan. Results: Among the 148 strains, 38 were type A, 3 were type B, 85 were type D, 17 were AD and 5 were non-type. 17 of 22 strains in Shanghai were type A, 3 were type B and 2 were non-stereotyped. Of the 126 strains in Milan, 21 were type A, 85 were type D, 17 were type AD and 3 were typeless. (2) Cryptococcus neoformans was more common in Shanghai (77%); D (67%) in Milan was the most common ); (3) C type for the lack of two strains.
