中职学校的班主任担当着中职学生非职业能力教育的重要角色,其综合素质及工作能力对其所带班级的班风、学风起着决定性作用。良好的班风和学风小环境对学生良好的非职业能力塑造又起着潜移默化的作用。作者结合多年担任中职学校班主任的经历,就如何创设非职业能力培养小环境,谈了一些自己的做法和成效。
The teacher in secondary vocational school plays an important role in the education of non-vocational students in secondary vocational schools. Their overall quality and ability to work play a decisive role in the class and style of study they bring. Good class atmosphere and small learning environment on the students a good non-professional ability to shape and play a subtle role. Based on her experience as a teacher in charge of secondary vocational schools for many years, the author has talked about her own practice and effectiveness on how to create amateur ability to cultivate a small environment.
