正丙醇与水完全互溶,但在AEO9胶束溶液体系中,正丙醇一部分存在于水连续相中,另一部分被吸附在胶束界面,或定位于胶束的栅栏层中与AEO9形成膜相。荧光测定表明,结合常数KMW和正丙醇在连续相与胶束相中的分配系数PMW随正丙醇含量的增加而呈线性增加;被吸附于胶束界面、或定位于胶束栅栏层中的正丙醇分子数,在AEO9的一定含量下,随着正丙醇含量的增加而增加,在确定正丙醇含量下,随AEO9浓度的增加,被吸附于胶束上正丙醇总摩尔分数也增加,但正丙醇与AEO9分子数之比r降低。
