随着社会主义法制的完善,制定一部有中国特色的劳改法已提上日程。据悉,全国人大法制工作委员会已经把劳改法列入立法规划。司法部成立的劳改法起草小组今年五月至七月赴全国六个省四十八个劳改单位调查研究,征求意见。今年十一月九日至十五日,中国法学会劳改法学研究会一九八六年年会专门就劳改立法的理论问题进行了有益探讨。劳改立法已经引起法律界人士的普遍关注。 为什么要制定劳改法?劳改法在我国法律体系中将处于什么地位?它将包括哪些内容?带着这些问题,记者访问了中国法学会副会长、劳改法学研究会会长李石生同志。李石生从一九五二年起就在有关部门主管劳改工作,积累了丰富的经验。一九八五年七月劳改法学研究会成立,他被选为会长。
With the improvement of the socialist legal system, a labor reform law with Chinese characteristics has been put on the agenda. It is reported that the legislative work committee of the NPC has included the labor reform law in its legislative planning.
