自动车钩的弹性减振装置是目前车辆撞击时的唯一车钩减震部件,它担负着危险货物和贵重货物在运输过程中的可靠性和安全性之重任。在早期的文献中曾经研究了车辆在承受压缩和冲击时的力,但没有对空腔内的压力图形作有说服力的介绍,从而难以对这一复杂的装置进行数学模拟。本文研究了弹性减振装置的功能问题。为了进行准静态试验和动力试验,在采用各种不同节气孔的方案下,列出了试验研究结果,以及减振装置空腔内的计算压力值的结果。对作用在减振器的力引入了新的关系式。文章给出了结构的改进建议和进行数学模拟的建议。
The elastic damping device of the automatic coupler is the only coupler damping component at the time of impact of the vehicle. It is responsible for the reliability and safety of dangerous goods and valuable goods during transportation. In the early literature, the force of compressing and impacting a vehicle was studied. However, there was no convincing description of the pressure pattern in the cavity, making it difficult to perform mathematical simulations on this complex device. This paper studies the functional problems of the elastic vibration damping device. For quasi-static tests and dynamic tests, the results of the experimental studies and the results of the calculated pressure values in the cavity of the vibration damping device are listed under various schemes with different openings. A new relationship is introduced for the force acting on the shock absorber. The article gives the suggestions of structure improvement and the mathematical simulation.
