1.共测定了11个产区(省),17种商品稻共21个糙米样品的蛋白质,赖氨酸和蛋氨酸的含量。2.按100克粗蛋白质作基础计算,赖氨酸的变动范围为3.29—3.76%,蛋氨酸为1.69—2.06%。3.蛋白质含量与按100克粗蛋白质计算而得的赖氨酸含量为负相关而与蛋氨酸的含量无相关。4.蛋白质含量和按100克样品计算而得的赖氨酸及蛋氨酸含量均为正相关。
1. The total protein, lysine and methionine content of 21 brown rice samples from 11 producing areas (province) and 17 commercial rice varieties were determined. 2. Calculated on the basis of 100 grams of crude protein, the range of variation of lysine is 3.29-3.76%, methionine is 1.69-2.06%. 3. The protein content is negatively related to the lysine content calculated on the basis of 100 grams of crude protein but not to the content of methionine. 4. Protein content and 100 grams of samples calculated lysine and methionine content were positively correlated.
