新疆牧业灌区由于无电供应,目前采用地面灌溉。地面灌溉灌水量多、地形坡度大等原因引起大量水土流失。灌区下游排水不畅洼地沼泽化面积剧增,地下水位上升导致土壤盐碱化,弃田面积逐渐扩大、种植面积萎缩,实现节水灌溉工程的难度大。为解决上述问题,研制了滴水调节器和自压滴灌工程无用电过滤装置。充分利用自然地形落差,解决了自压滴灌工程水源的过滤、排沙、冲沙及自行冲洗等问题。同时渠道进水流量、调水池的调节流量、集水桶流量及系统流量之间建立了平衡关系,介绍了系统流量的计算方法,为无电牧业灌区实现节水灌溉技术提供理论依据。
Due to the lack of electricity supply in Xinjiang’s husbandry irrigation area, surface irrigation is currently used. Surface irrigation irrigation volume, terrain gradient and other causes a lot of soil and water loss. In the lower reaches of the irrigation area, the swampy area of poorly-drained water drastically increases. The rise of groundwater level leads to the salinization of soil, the area of abandoned farmland gradually expands and the acreage of planting shrinks. It is very difficult to realize water-saving irrigation project. In order to solve the above problems, a drip regulator and a self-contained drip irrigation filter have been developed. Make full use of the natural terrain drop, to solve the self-pressure drip irrigation water filtration, sediment discharge, flushing and self-flushing and other issues. At the same time, the relationship between the influent flow of the water channel, the regulation flow of the regulating basin, the flow of the water collecting bucket, and the system flow is established. The calculation method of the system flow is introduced to provide a theoretical basis for the realization of water saving irrigation technology in the irrigation without electricity.
