<正> 杜××,女,48岁。1984年9月18日诊。患头后部疼痛伴右侧颈部强直,伴脑鸣已1年有余。近日来更出现脑内发热伴剧烈呕吐、眩晕、四肢麻木,大便已半月未解。西医诊断为“脑血管动脉硬化”、“美尼尔氏综合征”。此为头部瘀阻。治以化瘀通络,熄风降逆。处方:当归、川芎、桃仁、红花各12克,熟地、赤、白芍各15克,枳壳9克,桔梗6克,牛膝、半夏、钩藤各12克,石决明20克。服1剂后,脑内发热、疼痛减轻,呕吐停止,大便也通。继
