1 概述 上海市地铁1号线北延伸段蕴藻浜大桥桥型为45m+70m+45m三跨预应力连续钢构,横断面为单箱单室变高度三向预应力混凝土箱梁,桥宽8.9m。设计为挂篮悬臂浇筑,浇筑的最大梁段长为4m,最大梁段重为86t,共分8段浇筑。工期紧,工作量大,当时单位又无此挂篮可以施工,且又是地铁桥,有它的特殊性,一时无法租用到合适的挂篮。在这种情况下,为了尽快投入施工,确保工期,保质保量完成任务,经过充分的调研、论证后决定:
